Open Water Course

The Open Water Course consists of knowledge development, skill development and certifying ocean dives. The knowledge development is completed through e-learning. This allows you to study at home before arriving at the dive center. This saves you precious vacation time so you can fit in some other activities too.

This course is completed over 3 half days. Your first half-day will be conducted in a swimming pool to complete all required skill development. Over the following 2 half days you will demonstrate to your instructor over 4 open water dives that you can safely dive combining your knowledge development and pool skills. All ocean dives will all take place at various sites around Las Catalinas Islands.

Each day begins at 7:30 and ends at approximately 1pm.
